Tickets may be reissued if
original travel
was scheduled between 9/11/01 - 9/20/01. Passengers seeking to
reissue their tickets may reschedule their flights to occur up to one
year from now; however, these changes must be processed by 11/15/01.
Refunds may be issued for original travel scheduled between 9/11/01 - 9/13/01.
American Airlines
Tickets may be reissued if
original travel
was scheduled between 9/11/01 - 9/25/01. Passengers seeking to
reissue their tickets may reschedule their flights to occur as far in
the future as 11/15/01. Refunds for original travel scheduled between
9/11/01 - 9/18/01 will be credited back to passengers in the original
form of payment.
Continental Airlines
Tickets may be reissued if original
travel was scheduled between 9/11/01 - 9/25/01. Passengers seeking to
reissue their tickets may reschedule their flights for travel to
occur up to 1 year from original ticket issuance. Refunds may be
issued for travel scheduled between 9/11/01 - 9/13/01 only.
Delta Air Lines
Tickets may be reissued if
original travel
was scheduled between 9/11/01 - 9/25/01. Travel dates for reissued
tickets must commence before 3/31/02; however, the return date may
take place after 4/1/02. Refunds for original travel scheduled
between 9/11/01 - 9/18/01 will be credited back to passengers in the
original form of payment.
Midway Airlines
Refunds requests must be received
no later than October 3, 2001.
As Midway Airlines has ceased
operations, passengers may dispute payment of charges on their credit
card through the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Filing - Fair Credit Billing
Act. If this options is chosen, the Credit Card issuer must receive
your dispute request within 60 days from the first monthly statement
listing this charge. If passengers qualify within these parameters,
they will need to provide a written request to the credit card issuer
with the following: credit card account number, a photocopy of the
ticket(s) or ticket details. Ticket details should include the fare,
date of purchase, and flight information. Please include a note
stating that the airline is in bankcruptcy, has ceased operations,
and that as a result you will/have not receive(d) the services
charged to your account.
Northwest Airlines
Tickets may be reissued if
original travel
was scheduled between 9/11/01 - 9/15/01. Passengers seeking to
reissue their tickets may reschedule their flights for travel to
occur up to 30 days from original travel date. Refunds for original
travel scheduled between 9/11/01 - 9/15/01 will be credited back to
passengers in the original form of payment.
TWA
Tickets may be reissued if original
travel was scheduled between 9/11/01 - 9/25/01. Passengers seeking to
reissue their tickets may reschedule their flights to occur as far in
the future as 11/15/01. Refunds for original travel scheduled between
9/11/01 - 9/18/01 will be credited back to passengers in the original
form of payment.
United Airlines
Tickets issued on or before 9/13/01
for original travel scheduled between 9/11/01 - 9/25/01 are eligible
for reissue. Passengers seeking to reissue their tickets may
reschedule their flights to occur by 8/31/02. Rescheduled flights
with the same origination/destination will not be charged additional
fees. Refunds may be issued for original travel scheduled between
9/11/01 - 9/25/01.
U.S. Airways
Tickets(s) issued on or before
9/11/01 for original travel scheduled between 9/11/01 - 9/25/01 (also
those scheduled to travel between 9/11/01 - 10/2/01 to/from Ronald
Reagan Washington National Airport) are eligible for reissue or
refund. Passengers seeking to reissue their tickets may reschedule
their flights for travel to occur up as far in the future as
11/15/01. Refunds may be issued for original travel scheduled between
9/11/01 - 9/25/01. |
